Brand Identity for Nocto Labs



The purpose of this project was to develop the brand identity of Nocto Labs, a home automation and electronic company. This project resulted in the development of a cohesive and effective brand identity for Nocto Labs that will help the company stand out in the competitive home automation and electronics market.

The brand guidelines created during this process will serve as a useful reference for all future marketing efforts. The target market and competitors of Nocto Labs were researched to understand what sets the company apart and what elements of its brand identity would be most effective in attracting and retaining customers.

 The core values and unique selling points of Nocto Labs were defined to understand how the company wanted to be perceived by its customers. A logo, color scheme, typography, and imagery were chosen to reflect the brand’s values and personality. The language and tone that Nocto Labs uses in its communications were considered and defined. Brand guidelines were created to ensure consistency across all of Nocto Labs’ marketing materials. These guidelines included details on the logo, color scheme, typography, imagery, and tone of voice, as well as any other elements that were central to the brand identity. 

This is part of my graduation project at National Institue of Design , haryana and was Sponsered by Nocto Labs Pvt LTD.

Rebrading for  Bisleri


Repositoining and Rebranding Bisleri in order to focus on a different target demographic / audience , Mist’s visual identity revolves around using simple gradients and shapes. The text is followed by path of the shapes used , mainly for the flavours. The idea is to be clear and modern with the visual approach. Its simple , minimal to some extent and have breathing space. The gradients and noise with matte adds to the identity making it softer and friendly.

The project parameters were to select a brand, repositioning and rebrand it to focus on a different target audience, and articulate about it in the same way. It also includes a new logo design and elements from previous owners (Here Bisleri International PVT LTD. ). I do not claim to own or modify any of the existing elements, logos, symbols , or anything related to Bisleri and this project it done in the spirit of academic and educational learning only , Its purely hypothetical and I dont not wish to gain any monetary value from the project and its entirely non - commercial in nature.

Mist’s logo follows the exsisting guideline of Bisleri’s visual language of using slanted logos. The word mist itself represent suspended water vapours and freshness , hence the shape is curvy but not pointy. As the brand carries the value of original brand , Bisleri’s logo is represented on bottom right of mist’s insignia.

36 Days Of Type 2023



36 Days of Type is a project that invites designers, illustrators and visual artists to express their unique interpretation of the letters and numbers of the Latin alphabet.

A yearly open call that explores the creative boundaries of letterforms by challenging participants to design a letter or number each day for 36 consecutive days. The result is a global and simultaneous act that showcases the ability to represent the same symbols from thousands of different perspectives.

My approach was to  represent type with its context  ,  where it is actually use and exsist  ,  in physical and  digtal worlds with thier background and things affecting the type itself.

Iris Experience

Photography for a method of teaching felt rigid, but the pandemic gave us an opportunity to rethink what all could be done to change that. During covid 19 we tried to combine hardware and software to create an experience that can connect proffesional photographers to people who are willing to learn , giving both parties full controll over the process.

This  is a  group project  , I was  responsible for visual design including identity ,  Interface and  hardware  proof of  concept. 

Iris own its own is an simple camera module for Digital SLR Cameras that enables them to connect via internet , making them smart devices
IOT enabled ecosystem , connected to any device anywhere around the globe. Seamless connection of camera feed , photos and DSLR
Settings to both the users.







APRATIM PANWAR IS A MULTIDISCIPLINARY DESIGNER INTERESTED IN IDENTITY AND GRAPHIC DESIGN. HE HAS RECENTLY COMPLETED HIS BACHERLORS OF DESIGN IN COMMUNICATION DESIGN FROM NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF DESIGN , HARYANA . HIS  WORK CONSISTS OF VIDEO, AUDIO AND GRAPHIC MEDIA INCLUDING PRINTS. HIS INTERESTS LIES IN TECHNOLOGY AND DIGITAL CONTENT.
